Applicant must be enrolled in the HEAP or PIPP program to apply for this grant

*Applicants will be given a number on arrival and
only 200 numbers will be distributed

FirstEnergy eligible customers may receive a grant up
to their delinquent balance not exceeding $300

Eligibility is based on household income
at or below 200% of federal poverty level

Program cannot help customers with City of Cuyahoga Falls utilities

TO GET IN LINE, YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLOWING

Photo Id & Social Security Card
***
Most recent delinquent electric bill or termination notice
***
Proof of income for last 30 days for ALL individuals in the home
***
Proof of good faith payment in last 90 days
***
Person applying for assistance must have their name on the bill

If you received Fuel Fund Assistance in the last 12 months
then you are not eligible at this time
